    Cooking Creme-Santa Fe Philadelphia, 1 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces (remove)
    *Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, 6 oz (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 8 serving (remove)


oven at 350
1. sautee onions in canola oil
2. add already cooked chicken, 3/4 cup cooking creme, 3 oz cheese, tomotatoes in to pan, cook till warm.
3. spread evenly into 8 shells. Roll them and then cover with remainding creme and cheese
4. bake covered for 15 to 20 miniutes.
