Really delicious in place of jam on toast. Really delicious in place of jam on toast.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 pomegranate (seeds)
    3 tbsp granulated sugar
    2 cloves
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp cinnamon


Remove seeds from one pomegranate. Place in a small saucepan over med-high heat and add sugar. Once juices start to combine, reduce heat and add spices. Simmer over low heat until mixture has condensed and thickened.

This is delicious on a croissant!
