    3lbs Pork tenderloin
    1/2 C Honey
    1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar
    1tsp Salt
    1tsp Garlic Powder (or 2 minced garlic cloves)
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2T Olive Oil (I used light because it's what I had)


You may want to add a little water to your pan to make sure the glaze does not burn to the pan.


Whisk together all ingredients but pork in a 9x13. Stab pork loin with fork or knife and place in pan and cover with glaze mix. Cook on 350 for 30 minutes or cooked.
