    4 skinless chicken breast
    4tbsp Italian tomatoes chunky
    1pkg Uncle Ben's Long grain wild rice sundried tomato florentine flavor
    angel hair pasta about 1/2 oz crushed, just enough to make the rice strech for the family of teens!
    1/4 red sweet pepper chopped


I make this for the whole family so this will feed 4...make accordingly. I split one chicken breast in half for myself.
In skillet cook chicken breast until no longer pink in center (Use spray stick or I like to use a little water to prevent sticking adding as needed) Add pepper until tender. Remove chicken breast. Add enough water to cover skillet bottom and add Uncle Bens and season packet and crushed angel hair. Cook on med. until rice and pasta starts to lightly stick. Pour recom amount of water from Uncle Ben's package, place chicken breast on top. Cover, cook on med low until water is gone and rice is tender. About 20 minutes. Tip: If after 20 minutes water is not cooked out, uncover and cook on med a few minutes longer.
