Number of Servings: 7


    Split peas 1 lb
    Water 20 cups
    Onions, dehydrated 1T
    Carrots, diced 1/2 cup
    Potatoes, diced 1/2 cup
    Vegetable broth 1/2 cup
    Salt 1 t


1. Wash peas, add water, onion, salt, pepper, vegetable broth and bring to boil

2. Simmer for half hour

3. Add potatoes and carrots

4. Simmer for one hour until peas are soft

5. Use corn starch to thicken if needed

Serving Size: Makes 7 1 cup servings
