    1.25 lbs chicken smoked sausage, cut to preference
    4 colored bell peppers, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    2T balsamic vinegar
    2 c chicken broth
    2 (15 oz) cans crushed, or diced fire roasted tomatoes
    1/4 c. parsley leaves
    1/2 c. torn basil leaves


Brown the sausage. Add garlic, peppers and onions and cook until soft, 6-7 minutes. Deglaze pan with balsamic vinegar, then stir in stock and tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add parsley and basil. May serve with Parmesan cheese.
