    3 Egg Whites
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla
    1/4 tsp. Cream of Tarter
    3/4 C. Sugar (or 4 Tbsp. + 2 3/4 tsp. Truvia)


Beat egg whites until foamy then add vanilla and cream of tarter. Beat on high and slowly add sugar, continue to beat until stiff peaks form and they have a nice sheen. Then on parchment paper spoon or pipe a 3" circle of the whites and form a divit in the center. Bake at 275 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes, then (DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR) tuen off oven and leave meringue in there for 1 hr.
