Introduction

Ingredients

    1 14 oz bag frozen broccoli
    3 large carrots
    1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
    2 cups cooked chickpeas
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 cup fresh sweet corn
    1 15.5 can oz hominy
    1 Tb. Olive Oil
    2/3 cups whole wheat pasta
    1/2 cup water
    curry powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.


Directions

Put everything together in pan, mix, bring to boil, cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 15 minutes more. Serve hot.

Serving Size: 10 one cup servings
