My first try making a smoothie using avocado...YUM! My first try making a smoothie using avocado...YUM!

Ingredients

    1/2 hass avocado - chopped into chunks
    1 cup frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
    1 cup frozen blueberries (no sugar added)
    1/2 cup vanilla rice milk
    1 cup water
    2-3 ice cubes
    1/2 tbsp honey

Directions

Blend strawberries & blueberries w/one cup water. Add rice milk & 2-3 ice cubes & blend. Continuing to blend, drop in avocado chunks. Sweeten with honey as needed (this recipe accounts for about 1/2 tbsp).
Make sure to blend until all ingredients are smooth & creamy.

Serving Size: makes one serving - about 8 oz
