    2 Cups Mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
    2 Tbsp. Marsala Cooking Wine
    1 tsp. Minced Garlic


Cook sliced mushrooms in butter and garlic until soft. Raise heat a little when only a minute or so of cooking time remains until butter is bubbling. Add Marsala wine and cook for a minute or so. Serve
