    1 1/3 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. splenda

    4 eggs
    1 can fat free evaporated milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Make poweded milk part up ahead of time since it has to chill for 2 hours.


In a glass measuring cup mix water & powdered milk till pasty. Cover & microwave 45 seconds till hot but not boiling. Add splenda & mix well. Chill 2 hours before use.
Scramble eggs & mix in evaporated milk & vanilla extract. Mix in powdered milk mixture well. Pour into greased bakeware, place in a water bath & bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min till it only jiggles a little when lightly shaken. Let cool completely. Run a butter knife around the edge of flan & give it a good jiggle to make sure it doesn't stick to plan. Place place on top of pan & flip onto plate.
