Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
    3 tbs Splenda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 lg egg
    1/3 c olive, canola, or sunflower oil
    1 1/2 c lukewarm skim milk
    2 scoops Gaspari Myofusion Protein
    2 c frozen unsweetened blueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, then add "wet" ingredients, it will be lumpy. Spoon into waffle maker and even with a spatula. Waffles will cook in about 5-7 minutes .

Serving Size: Makes 8 belgian style waffles in basic waffle maker
