    3 large collard leaves, chopped
    2 large carrots, chopped
    4 red skin potatoes, chopped (with skins)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 containers TJ's organic free range chicken stock


add all chopped vegetables to chicken stock in large pot. Cook over medium heat until veggies are softened.
