    1/2 c egg beaters
    1/4 c frozen spinach (thawed)
    1/4 c chopped onions
    1/2 chopped clove of garlic


Saute onions spinach & garlic in non stick fry pan
Mix with egg Beaters. Cook until eggs are set. Either stove top or oven. A little browning adds to flavor
