    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup oat flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 cup white sugar
    3/4 cup honey
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 cup shredded zucchini
    1 cup shredded carrots


Combine liquid ingredients in one bowl, and sift dry ingredients into another. Add dry ingredients to the wet. Fold in carrots, zucchini, and chocolate chips at the end. Pour into lightly greased muffins tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
