    9 Lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    16 oz. 96% lean ground beef, browned and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cans diced tomatos no salt added, drained
    1 t. Salt
    1 t. Pepper
    1 T. Oregano
    15oz. lowfat Ricotta Cheese
    10oz. part skim Mozzarella Cheese
    1 large jar of Spaghetti Sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake).

In a 10x15 pan, line bottom with a layer of lasagna noodles (3), next add 1/2 of the ground beef, 1/2 of the onions, 1 can of the tomatos, 1/2 t. salt, 1/2 t. pepper, 1/2 of the oregano, all of the Ricotta cheese, 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, and 1/3 of the mozzarella.

Begin again, omitting the Ricotta cheese.

For the final layer, add 3 lasagna noodles, the remaining sauce, and the remaining mozarella.

Cover with foil and place in oven for 1 hour. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of baking time.

Makes 15 servings.
