    2 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    8oz baby portabella mushrooms
    3 TBS butter diveded
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1/4 cup flour
    Granulated Garlic to taste


1) Cut chicken and mushrooms into bite size pieces
2) In a nonstick pan brown chicken in 2TBS butter adding garlic to taste.
3) When chicken is no longer pink and just starting to brown, add mushroom, additional TBS of butter and more garlic if desired, cook on medium for about 5 minutes.
4)Add evaporated milk and contiune to cook for about 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
5) Add flour and stir until thickened, serve over egg noodles or rice.
