    Garlic, 12 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Beef, tip round, 2 lb (remove)
    barilla mini penne, 16 oz (remove)
    del monte diced tomato, 3.5 cup (remove)
    contadina tomato sauce, 3.5 cup (remove)
    contadina tomato paste, 20 tbsp (remove)


Cook olive oil, onions, and garlic until transparent. Brown stew meat at high temp in olive oil, onion, garlic mixture. Once browned, add bread crumbs - enough to soak up oil and other liquids. Add two cans each of tomato sauce, tomato paste and diced tomato. For each can you add, also add a equal can of water. Simmer for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better.

Boil water with salt and cook paste al dente.

Serve pasta with sugo and add parmesan cheese if desired.
