    1 Cup Weight Watchers Vanilla Yogurt
    1 Cup Frozen Unsweetened Strawberries
    1 Cup Frozen Blackberries
    1 Cup peaches
    1 cup fresh pineapple
    1 fresh orange
    1/2 cup fresh spinach
    2 Cup plain soy milk
    4 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
