Ingredients

1 pound turkey sausage (polish type)
6 medium potatoes
2 cans cut green beans
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pound velveeta cheese
1 large onion, chopped
Tips
You can replace the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom or cream of potato. The original recipe called for cream of mushroom.
Directions
1) Cook potatoes and chunk.
2) Cut sausage into 1" chunks. Fry in a little vegetable oil with chopped onion
3) Cut cheese into chunks.
4) Mix all ingredients together.
5) Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes in a large casserole dish --or-- cook on high in crock pot for 1 hour or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings. Nutrition calculated at 7 servings.
