Great as a snack or part of a lunch with a small salad. Great as a snack or part of a lunch with a small salad.
Number of Servings: 1


    1 whole wheat Bagel
    1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon Lemon-pepper
    2 Tomato, thin slices
    2 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon
    2 Tablespoons light Cream cheese, softened


Serves one, but can easily be made for more.

1. Slice bagel in half.
2. In small bowl combine cream cheese, lemon juice and lemon-pepper.
3. Spread over bagel halves.
4. Top with tomato slices.
5. Place in plastic sandwich bag.
6. When ready to eat, top bagel halves with drained salmon.
