Ingredients

    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 t salt
    3 t baking powder
    1 1/2 cups milk, nonfat

Directions

Stir all together and let it sit about 5 minutes.
Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake.
