    1 Butternut Squash chopped and seeded
    A few sprays of olive oil cooking spray
    A few sprays of butter flavored cooking spray
    1 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar, Packed
    1/4 tsp Lite Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper


I served this with hot maple butter syrup, another one of my recipes.


Cut butternut squash into pieces taking out all the seeds. Peel each piece or cook whole, this is your choice (I cooked whole because peeling was tough for me). Season each piece by spraying with cooking spray and sprinkling with salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until fork tender.
