    4 Skinless tilapia fillets (4-6 oz each)
    coarse salt and pepper
    3 Tablespoons light mayonnaise
    1/2 Cup finely chopped parsley
    2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
    lemon wedges for serving


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place filets on rimmed baking sheet, flat side down; season generously with salt and pepper. Divide mayonnaise evenly over tops of fillets; spread with butter knive, coating evenly.

Sprinkle fish with chopped herbs. Bake until opaque, about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 Servings
