Ingredients

    1/2 head red cabbage, shredded, about 3 cups
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/6 cup white vinegar
    1/6 cup apple juice, unsweetened
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Serving Size: Makes 3-4 3/4 cup servings

Add 1.5 tbsp olive oil to hot skillet. Add cabbage and saute over medium heat until wilted, approx 6-7 minutes. Add vinegar, apple juice, and spices. Saute 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
