Introduction

Lunch-sized portion of a steak taco. Great way to use leftover grilled steak. The steak and the mushrooms & onions are already grilled. Lunch-sized portion of a steak taco. Great way to use leftover grilled steak. The steak and the mushrooms & onions are already grilled.

Ingredients

    3 oz. grilled steak
    2 tbsp. grilled mushrooms & onions
    Lettuce
    2 tbsp. salsa
    1 tbsp. sour cream
    Flour tortilla

Directions

Microwave the steak, mushrooms and onions. Spread the salsa and sour cream on the tortilla, cover with spring mix. Top with the steak, roll and enjoy! It is quite messy, so be prepared to have juice dripping out the other side.
