Introduction

Great muffins! Great muffins!
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Milk, 1%, 0.50 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1.50 cup
    Eggs, fresh, 3 large
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 3 cup
    Bananas, fresh, 4 med
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, unthawed
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.50 cup
GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Powder, 4 scoops

Mix 3 cups bran cereal with 1/2 cup milk and let set in mixing bowl for few minutes. In another bowl mix 1 1/2 cups milk with 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soda and 2 tsp vanilla, let set for awhile while adding other ingredients. Add eggs, bananas, oil and sugar to cereal mixture and stir until blended. Add salt, cinnamon and protein powder. Add flour then add sour milk mixture and blueberries and stir scraping sides of bowl just well enough to mix well.

I yielded 32 muffins by using 1/4 cup measuring cup and baked until done about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

I think they are very good and still moist!
