    1 Entire package of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
    1/2 cup of butter or margarine
    1 tbsp water
    1 tbsp corn starch + 3 tbsp water


Do not sample a taste of the dough! Soy flour is very pungent in flavor. Trust me!


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine corn starch and 3 tablespoons of water. Beat butter or margarine until creamy. Add the corn starch mixture and continue mixing. Add the cookie mix and water. Mix thoroughly. Dough will appear dry, but will form when pressed together.

Serving Size: Makes 30 1.5-inch cookies
