Ingredients

    2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 Rotel Tomatoes
    Garlic
    Chili Powder
    Cumin
    Cayenne
    2 cans corn (drained)
    1 can light kidney beans (drained)
    1 can black beans (drained)
    Water
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    1 pkt. Taco Seasoning
    1 pkt. Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning

Tips

This soup is best if thrown together in the morning and allowed to simmer all day. It is great for a large gathering or frozen for later days.


Directions

Cook seasoned chicken in skillet and cube. In 5 quart boiler (or crockpot), add chicken, tomatoes, corn, kidney beans, and black beans. Add one cup of chicken broth, tomato sauce, and all seasoning. Mix well until all seasoning has dissolved. Add water. Let simmer on medium heat.
