    Beef, top sirloin, 1 piece
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" diameter)
    Lea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, .25 tsp
    Garlic, 6 tsp
    Ortega Diced Green Chiles, 7 oz
    Spike's Chunky Salsa (16 oz/15 Servings), 15 serving
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup


Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut beef into small chunks and place on bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub potato and cut into small bits and add to pot atop the beef.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
Season with onion powder, cumin and red pepper flakes (to taste).
Drain and add beans (black, kidney and pinto).
Add salsa and mix through beans.
Add tomatoes with juice.
Cover and set on Low.
About 30-45 minutes prior to serving, mix in rice into pot.
