    1 bag House of Shirataki Noodles
    15.5 oz can Hanover Black Beans
    1/2 cup Great Value black bean and corn salsa
    6 oz Butterball chicken breast strips
    1/2 cup Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup Summer Squash, sliced
    2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese


Saute mushrooms and squash. Can use other vegetables.
Rinse noodles according to package and add to veggies
Add chicken strips
Add black beans
Add cheese wedges and taco seasoning to your taste. (I use a homemade taco seasoning to cut down on sodium)
Cook until all is mixed well
