Introduction

Ingredients

Marinade:
1 tbs. garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger (you can use more or less, or fresh)
1 tbs. toasted sesame oil
2 tbs. peanut oil
1 tbs. beer
1 tbs. soy sauce
5-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
Tips
If you don't have an indoor grill pan you can either bake chick thighs at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or broil them on high, 7 minutes per side.
Directions
Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Place chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit overnight or for at least hour. Heat grill pan to medium-high. Grill thighs until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
