Introduction

Just messing around with some different ingredients to spice up the standard meatball! Just messing around with some different ingredients to spice up the standard meatball!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1/3 cup dry couscous
    1/3 cup guacamole

Directions

Mash meat, guac and couscous together in a bowl. Divide into 12 and roll into balls. Place in a lined muffin pan for baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until browned on the outside. Turn after 15 minutes if desired.
