    12 cups whole wheat flour
    7 cups hot water
    .5 cup oil
    .75 cup honey
    3 Tbsp salt
    4 Tbsp yeast
    7 cups white unbleached flour

Directions

Mix well, let rise 10 minutes, form 6 loaves, rise in pans, 30 min, bake 350' for 35 minutes
