    4 cups lettuce, shredded
    2 Tumaro's tortillas (baked and cut into tortilla chips)
    6 T salsa
    1/4 cup 2% cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup white beans
    15 black olives, chopped
    1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
    1/2 lime, quartered
    1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Place 2 cups lettuce on each plate and top with chips. Spoon salsa over chips; top evenly with cheese, beans, olives, and avocado. Squeeze a lime quarter over each salad. Top each salad with 2 T each of sour cream and cilantro.
