    Whole Weat Flour - .5 cup
    Chicken Breasts - 2 brests
    Canola Oil - 2 tbsp
    Bread Crumbs - .25 cup


Mix into a sandwhich baggie:
Whole wheat flour
Seasonings (ex: Mrs. Dash, Salt, Pepper, ECT.)
Bread Crumbs (Corn flakes will also work)

Place chicken breasts into baggie. Shake until chicken is coated well.

Pour tablespoons of oil into cake pan and place coated chicken into oil.

Bake in oven for 2 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 2 Chicken Breasts
