Ingredients

    96 4 Extra Lean Groun Beef, 8 oz
    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.5 cup
    Onions raw, 1 small (remove)
    Lea & PWorcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    White Balsamic Vinegar
    Tomato Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Egg white, fresh, 1 large
    Egg fresh, 1 large
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    1 Tsp mixed spices

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except 1 T of the tomato sauce, and vinegar. Using your hand works best! Fill 10 muffin tins. Mix remaining tomato sauce and vinegar and 1 tsp of seasoning in a small bowl. Spoon over muffins after 15 mins of baking. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
