    Self raising flour, 750 serving
    Dates, 1 cup, pitted, chopped
    1.25 cup Homebrand Diet Lemonade
    225 gram Fresh n Fruity lite yoghurt,


Mix all together to smooth dough taking care not to overmix.

Roll out on floured board and cut into 12 pieces. This makes large scones but could be divided into 16 pieces if you prefer smaller ones.

Bake at 200 degrees celsius for approxiamately 10 minutes
