    6 (4ounce) halibut fillets
    1/4 cup sour cream
    4 tablespoons light mayo
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup panko crumbs


Heat oven to 425. Cut each halibut filllet in half . Mix sour cream, mayo and parmesan. Dip each fish strip into the mayo mix and then roll in panko crumbs. Place in ungreased pan. Repeat with all strips. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
