    0.25 cup Milk, nonfat
    2 slices of whole wheat bread
    20 oz. ground turkey
    2 large eggs, whites only
    0.5 tsp garlic powder
    0.5 tsp onion powder
    oregano to taste
    ground pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Soak bread in milk. Add all other ingredients to the milk and bread; mix thoroughly. Roll meat mixture into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for approximately 40 minutes (flipping about halfway through the cooking time), depending on the size of your meatballs.

Serving Size: makes 16 meatballs
