Just a quick easy Broiled Steak Just a quick easy Broiled Steak
Number of Servings: 2


    *2 6oz Top Round Steaks - fat trimmed
    *1 tsp Sea Salt
    *2 tsp Black Pepper Corn(ground)
    *4 Tblsp Worstershire Sauce
    *2 Tblsp Extra Light Olive Oil


If you like your steak more or less done adjust the time accordingly and make sure to flip the steak so one side doesn't burn!


Place your steaks in a zip lock bag, add in the worstershire sauce, close the bag and put in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.

Put Broiler on High

Place the steak on a baking sheet, coat each side lightly with the olive oil, spice with the salt and pepper.

Place the sheet in the oven - time for 8 minutes per side. Steaks should be a light pink in the middle afterward.
