Ingredients

1/2 coats
1 cooked sweet potato
1 c almond milk
1 c water (or almond milk = add 10 cal per serving)
1/2 banana
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanill
1 tsp cinnamon
Topping
1/4 c pecans chopped
1 Tbs butter softened
2 Tbs flour
1/4 c brown sugar

Directions
1. cook sweet potato in oven (i just use microwave) until tender and mashed easily
2. put water, almond milk, and oats in pot and bring to boil
3. turn down to medium/low heat
4. add sweet potato and banana
5. stir/mash until mixture is smooth and cook about 8mins
6. add in vanilla and maple syrup
7. while oats are cooking, in a separate bowl make topping by mixing al ingredients until they form a crumbly mixture.
8. pour oats into an oven safe dish and sprinkle topping over
9. bake for 20 min in a 350 degree oven
10. turn to broil for 2-5 min to brown topping
11. Enjoy!
