Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    • 1 box Pasta Roni Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 1/3 cups water
    • 2/3 cups milk, 1%
    • 2 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring jut to a boil: 1 1/3 cups water, 2/3 cup milk and 2 tbsp margarine. Reduce heat to MEDIUM.
  2. Slow stir in pasta and Special Seasoning. Separate pasta with a fork, if needed. Boil uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.

Makes 2 1/2 cups prepared, which we split in two.
