    # Red Ripe Tomatoes, 100 grams
    # Onions, raw, 6 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    # Garlic, 2 cloves
    # Olive Oil, 4 1tsp
    # Green Beans, 25 grams
    # Beans, red kidney, 25 grams
    # *Brown Rice, medium grain, .25 cup
    # Salt, 1 dash
    # Pepper, black, 1 dash
    # Flour Tortillas, 2 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia)
    # *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.25 cup


On a baking sheet place your tomatoes onions and garlic. Season it with some salt, pepper and 2 tsps of olive oil. Place in oven and set to broiler. It should take about 10 minutes. Remove when the tomatoes look like they are cooked. Once the veggies are cool, puree them so as to form a sauce.

On the other hand get your other ingredients reads.

In a pot heat some oil and throw in the rice. Cook the rice for about a minute. Throw in the sauce and cook for another minute. Add water. Let rice cook. After about 10 minutes add the beans. Cook for another 5 minutes. Make sure to check that the rice is cooked before you stop cooking.

Place the rice on a tortilla, sprinkle the cheese. Fold the tortilla and hold in place with a tooth pick. Place in oven at 375 Degrees for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve with some Sour Cream.
