    12 slices Whole Wheat Bread
    12 Large Eggs
    2 cups Shredded Cheese, preferably cheddar
    1 3/4 cups 1% Milk
    1 lb Sausage


Makes 15 servings

Tear bread into bite sized pieces, place in large bowl. Brown sausage, drain, pour on top of bread. Add cheese. Beat eggs, add milk and pour on top of cheese. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Put in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
