Ingredients

    1 C. carrots. chopped
    1/2 c onions, chopped
    2 c. broccoli (frozen), chopped
    1 c. cauliflower (frozen), chopped
    1.5 c. potatoes, diced
    2 T vegetable base
    1.5 tsp thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 t. white pepper
    2 qts water
    1 qt fat-free milk

Directions

Spray large pot with cooking spray
saute onions, carrots, and potatoes until onion is tender.
Add vegetable base, water, and seasonings.
When potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower are tender, add milk and heat.
Use immersion blender to make creamy.
