16 oz. ground turkey (85% or 93% lean)
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 egg
2 cubes beef bouillon, finely crushed, or 1 T. powdered beef bouillon (do not dissolve)
    2 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
2 T. BBQ sauce (any kind)
    2 slices cooked bacon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahreheit. Coat a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
Combine egg and cooked rice. Add ground turkey, crushed bouillon cubes, onion flakes, salt, and BBQ sauce. Stir well. Turn into prepared pan. Smooth top of meatloaf. Top lengthwise with bacon. Bake in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes, or until loaf is crisp and brown around edges, and begins to pull away from sides of pan. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Slide a butter knife around sides of pan to help loosen meatloaf.
