    2 c. cooked white rice
    1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked & drained
    2 cans cream corn, 400 ml each
    1 19 oz (540 ml) small cut diced tomatoes in olive oil and garlic
    1/2 tsp johnny's garlic seasoning
    1/2 tsp organic no salt seasoning
    1 tsp clubhouse taco seasoning
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. water


we also will sometimes top our servings with shredded cheddar, sour cream, diced green onions or tomatoes, and serve with tortilla chips. these additions are not included in the nutritional info.


mix all ingredients together in large skillet.
simmer 10-15 min. until flavors combine.
