    1lb Ground Turkey
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    2 cans Diced Tomato (15 oz)
    2 cans black beans (15 oz)
    1 can green chilies (4 oz)
    1/2 cup chili powder
    1/4 cup garlic powder
    1 tbs cumin
    6-8 cups water
    1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
    4 oz fat free cream cheese


Can be served with baked corn tortilla strips. Corn can be added for color, as well. Also can add cheese or sour cream after plating. None of the above is calculated in the nutrition info, don't forget to track separately.


Brown turkey on stove, drain extra fat. Add Turkey, spices, and canned goods to pot & mix together. Fill pot almost full with water. Bring to a boil, then let simmer 30 minutes. Add cream cheese & yogurt, bring back to a boil & stir until soup is thickened.
