Ingredients

    2, 5oz cans of chicken
    1.5 cups of black beans
    1.5 cups of diced spicey tomatoes
    1 cup of salsa
    2 cups of chicken broth
    1.5 cups of canned corn

Tips

Top with cheese or your favorite mexican things but add in the calories.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a crcockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Can simmer on stove for 1 hour.
